(Plus applicable Tax and Gratuity) Just the two of you, we will provide a private, intimate venue for your elopement. Elegant, less stressful! - One night stay with breakfast. - One hour use of the parlor or lower gallery for ceremony and reception anytime between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm (includes the ceremony, toasting, serving of cake, photographs) - The total number of guests allowed, including the bride and groom, is 12. - 8” inch Wedding Cake - Cake table with linen - Dinnerware for cake service - One bottle of Champagne - Flutes provided - Two Witnesses - Assistance with securing an officiant (cost to be paid by guest) - We can arrange for a local photographer (cost to be paid by guest) - Event coordination by our staff - Note: Rental of a guest room does not include accommodations for bridesmaid. - No Rose Petals may be brought in. - Booking rooms at Concord Quarters does not include use of the common rooms, such as the parlor, or study, etc. for parties or gatherings. Only registered guests may use these rooms. If you wish to entertain at Concord Quarters, this is considered an “event” and must be purchased separately.
